The website is managed by Canvax Biotech S.L., CIF B14596571 (hereinafter referred to as Canvax) .

Canvax informs you that it fully complies with current Spanish legislation for the protection of personal data (Law 15/1999 of December 13th), with the commitment to the confidentiality necessary for its activity.


2. Scope

Also, Canvax informs you about the existence of files of personal data (named CLIENTES), property of Canvax, registered in the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for its own management, communications, commercial, employment, advertising, marketing and information purposes, which can be accessed by the user to verify their location.

Canvax will not use personal data for any other reason not specified in this contract.


3. Security Measures and Levels

Canvax has adopted and implemented all technical security measures required by article 9 of the Spanish act “Ley Orgánica 15/1999”, of December 13th, about privacy and personal data protection, and those referred in the Royal Decree (“Real Decreto”) 1720/2007, of December 21st, where the LOPD (Organic Law for Data Protection ) of the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of December 13th, is approved.

When the user sends personal data via forms on this website or via mail to Canvax´s employees, requesting information, orders, support, products or employment, the user’s consent to their personal data is used in accordance to the above purposes and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Canvax may share personal information that you have submitted to Canvax with third parties when responding to your requests for commercial information. It means that if you request information on any of our products/services, Canvax may provide your information to third party distributors and resellers who may subsequently contact you directly regarding such products/services. You can´t opt out of having your information shared with these third party distributors and resellers, as the transfer of data is necessary to provide the information about our products or services you requested.

The user may at any time exercise their rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation recognized in the Data Protection Act cited.
